The location was great.It is very close to Duomo not even 5mins walk. Our room was superb. Very comfortable and spacious. We have a bath tub in the room which was super nice relaxing after a long walk,it was lovely. The reception was super friendly and warm welcoming. Security is super, they will give you a private code to the doors locks. I can highly recommend. Dogs are welcome for additional 15€.

The room was nice and the big window in the room was pretty to look outside. Outside the window was a gallery type scenery which was nice. However, there was a lot of construction next to the hotel which was a problem. The place does not have control over the construction but it does become an issue because they will either start working early in the morning or late afternoon. The room was mostly clean but good be better. Online the hotel rating is a three star, but when we arrived it was actually a two star. The location was very central and close to everything. The staff were helpful.

Our connecting flight got cancelled so we had to stay a night in Milan. We booked this hotel last minute and wasn't expecting much. Communication was a breeze because no one was at the front desk at night so was all via Whatsapp. Got to our room and were extremely happy! Very spacious and comfortable. Massive bathroom and by far the best shower from our 5 week holiday. Great location and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
