Booked here as an overnight stop after completing the NC500, we needed a rest before going down to Edinburgh. Communication from host was great only booked about 20 mins beforehand. Got key code and parking info really quick. The location was good not far from main areas, about 10 minute walk. That’s where the good bits end…. Beds were rock hard and pillows like slabs of concrete, not very clean there was dust and smear marks on tables/lamps, one bathroom had dirty splashes/toothpaste on tiles round the sink and then to top it off no hot water for shower or wash! Wish I’d paid the £200 it cost on a premier inn/travelodge and at least got clean room and a breakfast.
