Would not recommend because: Not worth the price. We didn't get a single good night of sleep due to constant banging of the loud front door, very noisy stomping and talking on the staircase, and a very hard bed. Be prepared to not sleep until about midnight and be woken up from 6 AM. The cleaner also bangs on the flooring and doors of empty apartments from about 7:30 AM. Plus the shock of DEAFENING fire alarms going off over 10 times in 6 days! We had to actually call the building management multiple times because other flats set off the fire alarms for the whole building and no one knew how to turn them off. Never heard any fire alarm THIS LOUD either, not even in commercial factories. We had to leave the building for up to 15 minutes to wait it out. And of course no fire brigade ever came either, so good luck if it actually ever burns. Despite that, on our first arrival night the whole apartment reeked of weed. Someone was clearly smoking inside or on the balconies and it drifted in - very unpleasant! On top of that, the painfully slow WiFi turned off every day, multiple times. Sometimes just for 30 minutes, sometimes for close to 3 hours, despite calling building management about it multiple times. Absolutely not reliable. There's some black mold in the bathroom. Not an awful lot, but in most corners and nooks of the sink, shower, and room. Also the shower cabin leaks onto the main tiles. Negative but less important: Overall, the apartment looks nice on the first glance, but is impractical in use. There are no shelves in the bathroom, just an open drawer underneath the sink that gets easily flooded due to the weird shape (water is standing on the sides and splashes everywhere). No outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Again no shelves in the main room, just one closet and tiny (15cm) planks next to the bed. The fridge is small and doesn't fully cool down, so you can't keep food as long as indicated. The windows are super thin single glaze. Fine in summer, but be warned for colder weather. And of course they give 0 noise isolation from the outside world. We booked 7 nights and were told there is not a single towel refresh included (and no washing machine either). We negotiated for one that arrived 1 day later than promised due to the many negative points above (fire alarm, weed smoke, WiFi etc) Good points: The location is very good, surely the selling point of this place. Aside from the mold in the bathroom, it was very clean, including the hallway. Had no issues with dust allergies etc thanks to clean furniture and wooden flooring. Hot water is prompt, plenty, and with good water pressure in the shower. Mostly due to the constant noise/fire alarms, I regretted not paying more for a hotel. Jet lag and further sleep deprivation can really strain on a holiday.
