Every once in a while, I have an extraordinary and amazing experience that NEED to be shared and "shouted from the rooftops"! Inviting Smiles of Federal Way is by far 100% the very BEST!!! This Dental office is to be recognized and recommended to all who are in search of amazing customer service, respectful and understanding staff, and most of all knowledgeable professionals who go over and beyond to satisfy their patients! I'd like to mention a few staff members especially for their caring demeanor and SUPERSTAR expertise that made my daughter's and I visit on yesterday incredible! We left speechless and overwhelmed! Thank you Kelly (from the Bellevue location), Elliott, Natalie, and most of all Dr.Olga for your patience and commendable service! Inviting Smiles were willing to accommodate when scheduling appointments and managed all the other details (insurance benefits or financial details) to assist in relieving the stress and agony. No worries here, they will work with you concerning all your dental health needs. Additionally, I have to mention that this facility is exceptionally clean, and in a great location with ample parking and ideal safe environment. Being a Veteran, I believe in service, equal treatment of all people and the strive for excellence. Inviting Smiles in Federal Way gave me more than "A REASON TO SMILE" again, they provided first-rate service and made quality patient care a priority! I had a great new patient experience at Inviting Smiles in Fed Way. The pre-visit forms were easy to complete and made check-in a breeze. The front desk team was friendly and professional. The hygienist (Alexis) was an absolute pleasure—thorough and fun to chat with. Dr. Rowe was welcoming, provided practical advice, and made sure all of my questions were answered completely before wrapping up. The whitening technician was a blast—good humored and informative. Overall, completely satisfied with the team and level of care. Looking forward to my next appt.

There has been a bit of shuffling since Covid-times, but things are settling into place and the team I interacted with during my latest visit was great.

Beware of this establishment. I was given false information about the condition of my teeth, and the need for a deep cleaning plus a bridge replacement. The charges would have been over $5800. I returned to my previous dentist, Dr Egger who is now living and practicing out of state. He had been my dentist, along with Dr Surbeck for over 40 years at the same facility. They are extremely honest, professional and efficient dentists with stellar reputations. Most of the positive reviews at inviting smiles were attributed to these fine dentists. When I went to Dr Egger for a second opinion he said that any additional work was totally unnecessary. His hygienist told me that also. Dr Olga’s hygienist said my pockets were mostly 4’s and 5’s. Dr Egger’s hygienist was very thorough and said they were 1’s and 2’s. I will not return to this establishment. Dr Egger said that my original bridge was still strong and stable and did not need replacing. If you have any questions-get a second opinion- it saved me thousands of dollars.
