I lived in one of the studio apartments that face the front of the building and personally I really like the places the building is clean. The nice lady at the restaurant in the first floor is sweet and makes cooks food. Also, management is nice and responsive. You have laundry downstairs and also another cheaper laundry place right next to the building. The 7-11 right in front of the building and the street food that opens in the afternoon are what makes staying here 100% worth the price for me at least. I wish the tuktuk service would run from 1-5pm but you can’t have it all lol also the studio apartment in fairly priced. Overall, very good and good value for the money.

Good location not too far from On Nut BTS, free shuttle in morning and afternoon, early evening. Rooms very clean and modern with fitted furniture. Manager Kiki is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is home. I've stayed here for over two months and everything I needed was supplied. Clean room with a big fridge, great Wi-Fi if you get a room near a router, laundry facilities on-site, and it has a restaurant on the first floor. It's located in a safe and active neighborhood with many shops and food vendors, and there is a new 7-11 directly across the street (a BIG one). Also, iPremium 81 has security at all times of the day. The free Tuk-Tuk can take you to ON NUT BTS/Lotus Market/Century Movie Plaza within specific hours of the day. Most of all, the staff is very helpful and attentive to your every need. You can request things like fans and stove-top appliances if your room doesn't have them. I see why many residents sign long-term leases. Yes, it's a residence as well as a hotel.

Second time I’ve stayed here, and it’s definitely become my go to place to stay in Bangkok, the rooms are excellent with a massive king size bed, only 30 minutes to the airport and close to entertainment and shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly and remember to be when I returned, which is always welcoming. I can’t recommend Ipremium enough and I would highly suggest staying there and seeing for yourself.
