This is a warning to anyone who is planning to stay at these apartments. They are not safe. I would warn anyone against staying at these apartments for the following reasons: • Security – my apartment was burgled, without any forced entry and jewellery was stolen. I called the police, messaged the managers of the building and notified my travel agent in Melbourne. I heard nothing from the managers of the apartment. • No response to queries - All my requests went unanswered. There was a lack of communication and interest. Phones were not answered or responded to • Safety issues and lack of communication - The shower floor was slippery, there were no hand rails nor recess for shampoo and soap. I am a 75 year old woman and was fearful I would hurt myself so asked for a non slip mat for the shower. After a lapse of four days, they entered the apartment without contacting me and left a mat in the shower. • Security issues with doors - The entrance door downstairs (portone) is opened by a key but when it closes automatically very slowly enables more people to access before the portone actually shuts. My apartment was on the second floor and it was impossible to open this floor’s door. I had to call other tenants to help me open it. I was afraid of being trapped on that floor. • No linen or towels changed in 20 days. In the apartment there was no change of linen or towels. The broom had no handle There was no microwave or oven. No dryer so I could not wash sheets as they would not have dried. And whoever had cleaned the apartment previously had done a poor job. I was really disappointed with the accommodation’s management and will be advising all my friends to never stay here. Consider yourself warned!

Attention!!! Attention!! They ask for 70 euros of cleaning costs in cash without it being written anywhere, if you don't tell them straight away they won't give you the key and won't let you in. It is also very difficult to get in, as there is no reception service and by chance we found the number of a girl who brought us the keys. Avoid
