During a stressful period when I was particularly tired and tense, I received a shiatsu session. It was a moment of deep relaxation and I emerged calm, relaxed and filled with new energy. Thanks to Iris for this moment of rejuvenation. I recommend this technique and this practitioner to anyone who wants to take care of themselves.

Iris follows me during my pregnancy and brings me a lot of serenity. Listening, good advice, our meetings over the months are not the same thanks to the multiple strings she has to her bow!
