We loved this place. Our room was big and cozy with plenty of windows and the bed seemed huge and comfy. There was a kitchen with some essentials but it was located so close to so many great places there was no need to do anything here but sleep. There are shaded bathrooms but in such a small inn we hardly noticed.

Very cute hotel in the perfect downtown location! Contact less check in and detailed directions for parking, etc. Every room has a digital lock and you receive a text with the code the day you check in. There is also a common kitchen and bike rental. Perfect place for exploring Savannah! The beds are comfy and my room was small, but affordable and had a private balcony. Very clean.

From my experience from staying in the room "Hedwig's Perch"... I would recommend!!! The rooms all have different themes... all of which are adorable. My room was stuffed to the brim with pillows and other accessories to stay comfortable..

This was the perfect place for me to stay as a solo female traveling to Savannah! The inn has beautiful rooms/decorations and is really homey. I loved the back deck, front porch, and little porch off the second floor. It was super quiet when I stayed here. I barely saw another guest in my 4 days and everyone was very quiet in the house. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath in the main house, so there was never any issue with the shared bathrooms. I also loved having snacks/beverages available to cheaply purchase in the kitchen honor store. That being said, the owner really should replace the fridge in the kitchen, because it is warm and smelly (the freezer is completely broken and melted). I would have liked to have a mini fridge in my room, because someone took my food/drinks I had labeled and placed in the main fridge on my first day. It is an honor system and hostel-style, so fair enough, but this made it hard for me to bring a lunch on my daytrips. I think a small mini fridge in the guest room would bring this place to the next level! I appreciated that someone kept the Brita pitcher in the fridge filled because the tap water didn't taste great. I also would have liked on-site laundry, because there are very few laundromats in Savannah - ended up doing some hand wash in the bathtub and hanging my stuff to dry outside. Other than that, this place was great and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Definitely coming back! As parents of 3 with a side of special needs and hectic weeks, we do mini staycations/getaways to reset. This Savannah gem was phenomenal for our one night stand. We stayed in the Skylight room and it was just perfect. No tvs, so you can really enjoy the disconnection, specially in this room filled with magic. We just Ubered to and from the downtown area for about $15 per trip. I read the reviews before booking, but after also reading their rules and fine print, some of these one star reviews are 100% unnecessary and preventable if you take time to read their expectations, especially staying at a historic house, and decide if it will be the right fit.🤷‍♀️ Jonathan, the owner, was excellent to us. We will definitely book this room again, if others are not available! It gave our trip the umph and beyond. -Edwin & Nicky
