The worst service ever. I arrived with my family and the door was locked and no reception was there to host us. The reception showed up after an hour. I couldn't accept the service and of course hotel management was happy charging us even not receiving any so called service. I will never recommend it. It's very impressive that the owner responded to my review in no time even with weak execuses while he has been ignoring my calls for the last month. Again, I wouldn't recommend anybody to book there unless want to experience what worst service means.

I only got back from Istanbul a couple of days ago, I highly recommend using paradise apartments for your accommodation, i had a pleasant stay at this accommodation, very clean and equipped with everything that a tourist would need, location is very good only 5/10 mins walk from Taksim & Istiklal high street. Service is excellent and always at hand whenever you need them, special thanks for Fadil who was so kind and helpful.

It's a small little studio that offers everything a person or two would need in a temporary home The only minus is due to an intense moldy smell in the bathroom. The terrace and the view of Paradise Number 6 are really beautiful and perfect for romantic dinners à deux. The hosting service was really outstanding!

I loved my stay here, it was comfortable and a quiet place. It was a great value for the money. The breakfast was great! The flats are actually close to Istiklal Street and within walking distance to public transportation. Serkan, one of their staff was extremely helpful and understanding. He was very calm and showed genuine concern towards making sure our stay was pleasant. He also gave as a map and a little rundown of how to get around in the area. Also, the owner Guner always communicated information very well so that we were aware of everything before our stay. The rooms are spacious and there was more than enough room for the three of us. Negative: for Istanberry flats I believe this is the only one that has elevators. However, word of caution if you end up staying in the room that has a terrace, it is one floor down and is ONLY accessible through stairs. If you are looking to book any of the rooms and looking for accessibility through elevators do not book the room with terrace. IF any concerns just contact the owner he will be happy to assist with booking the right room for you. Also, if you plan of taking a cab/taxi to this hotel please get a clear address from the staff, because most drivers don't know how to get to this place. Once, our taxi driver went around in circles just to find this place. Overall, a great comfort experience at Istanberry Paradise Flats.
