Would want to start off with the positives. The staff is really kind and easy to talk to. Now with the negatives: 1) There is a pungent odour in the room because of moisture. It's really bad for the lungs! 2) The rooms are very small. Only suitable for one person at maximum. 3) The bathrooms are not structured properly. They are old and lack amenities. The sinks are not usable.

Damp and dirty rooms, paint falling from the ceiling. Seems like some are good and some are bad, which is why you will see mixed reviews. Owner responds to almost all bad reviews saying that they are fake, for 'punishment', or that the guest did not stay there ("don't see you in the booking list") to discredit any criticism. Do not stay in any of the lower/basement rooms, to say they are awful would be an understatement. They do not match the photos

These guys are really good. We used them for transport from the airport and even rented some of their rooms. Rooms were nice, clean and close to everything you would need. Also arranged a city tour through them. Best part is there were very responsive if I ever had a question about something. Would definitely tell friends to use them

Disgustingly small rooms with an unbearable damp odour. In addition to this, the towels provided resemble old foot mats. The beds have cockroaches and spiders. The bathroom amenities were all broken. Dirty stains on the flush. Bathroom is essentially unusable. They are basically ripping you off! Beware. Do not be deceived by the free breakfast option. The staff won't even look at you once you enter their cafe.
