Great view from the roof bar, and our company floor is actually really nice as well. Also clean bathrooms, security and working elevators.

Procat company is a company that is completely from an ancient system and likes to give difficulties to its employees, it will do its best to protect its own ass and not pay you a salary by making you sign 100 papers for a 1 month contract. If you are planning to make a career here, please come back, it will open its door to you and give you more jobs. There are better companies that will provide opportunities, this is not the place you are looking for.

Everything is very good for now.. The salary is very good, benefits are very good. A company that secures itself with temporary contracts, employs people for a living and receives the same amount in foreign currency from the companies it outsources, always regards its employees as replaceable and temporary, and reminds them of this at every opportunity. Even though they call themselves a software company, I can say that they are more of a robotics development company. You start out with critical thinking skills such as analysis, reasoning and evaluation, and leave as an individual who is programmed to do what he is told and has forgotten how to question. If this is the career development you dream of, you can choose it.
