Room had basic necessities if you were to stay for the night. The pictures definitely didn’t do it justice. Didn’t notice the pale shades of towels, nail in the cupboard (which sadly my 4 yr old didn’t get to play with), the chipping of wood from several chairs and also friendly footsteps by the other guests in the building. The hot shower did provide warmth to the cold night which gave some relief to the radiators. With the AC full of dust (as shown in pic), it does it job warming the cold cold night. Just set it to 30 degrees celsius. Also, you'll be able to shift your view while doing your business at the toilet seat as it'll shift left or right for about a few degrees. Be careful when barefooted in the room. Not only you'll leave a footprint, you may even leave your blood and skin at it. Overall it's the worst stay ever. Would rate it half a star. Never would I recommend it to anyone.

Great location Helpful and friendly staff However the sheets and towels were very dirty, you can clearly see a brown stain on towels and blankets. I was at the very top floor and we had to carry 5 pieces of heavy luggage up and down. This hotel is only good if you spend most of your time out around Istanbul since you can go to the blue mosque in a few minutes by walking, but if you are just staying there for hours and hours, i say for you to NOT rent this hotel

Bed sheets were very dirty. Shower was broken. Warm water was not consistent. The furniture was old. Had to carry 7 pieces of luggage to the second story. Was locked out of the apartment because the key given did not open the main gate and the person at the reception was nowhere to be found. Water boiler, cups, plates were very very dirty. Regret booking this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks with my family and a friend has recommended it for me, the staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean and had a kitchen that we prepared our food and coffee sometimes in during our stay. Definitely not the last time to stay. near the hotel there is 24/7 dry cleaning shops, supermarkets cafes and restaurants and its very close to the touristic spots. The transportation is also easily reachable by walking. Also the staff speaking engilsh and easy to communicate anytime through WhatsApp

I have traveled the world! This was the worst stay ever. The room had at least 5 cockroaches that hid in different gaps once we opened the doors. Also, the neighbors were very loud at around 3 am (on a Tuesday). And last but not least, we rented the room via booking.com, we had to pay in cash because my card was declined (all fine). The stay was so bad we decided to leave the room at 4 am. The owner of course realized that we will put a very bad review, so he simply registered us at booking.com as "no-show". So we were not able to even rate the place! Thank you google for allowing this :) The only positive thing was actually the owner, he was friendly all the time (at arrival and departure even), but that doesnt help the room situation to be honest...
