I was very skeptical at first due to the poor reviews. We were given a room with queen/king size bed on the 3rd floor (sorry i cannot tell the size). You have to carry your own luggage up the room. The window was facing the street, so we can hear people talking on the streets. It wasn't too noisy, just close the windows to reduce the noise. The room heater, and shower heater were all working well. Room is relatively clean, bed is clean (not so scary like the reviews). Toilet and bathroom is a little small and narrow. Bedroom slippers, Hair dryer, soap bar, shampoo, many rolls of toilet paper were provided (no toothbrush no toothpaste, bring your own). There was also a cupboard with hangers to place your stuff and winterwear/jackets. It was generally a pleasant stay with affordable pricing. By the way, if you are going towards the tramvay, it's a steep hill to climb from the hotel. Everyday is a good workout. haha.

Honestly 1 star is too much for this hotel.I wish I could give it zero.Hotel looks nothing like in the pictures.They fool you with the pictures and then they won't give you your money back.Hotel was very dirty.We had to change the hotel the same day.But when we tryed to leave, they were begging us to stay and said they will clean the hotel.AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL!!!WORST HOTEL EVER!!!

This hotel is not what you see in the pictures. It needs some repairs to make it look better and make the room more comfortable. It also needs to activate the daily cleaning service for the rooms, and this service is currently not available. My experience with them was not enjoyed. The room refrigerators are not good and the room bathroom is bad. The sink is broken, the shower door does not exist, and the main room door also needs maintenance.

Worst place ever. Please spend more if you could to get better hotel specially 3 to 4 stars. They sent you to the room which is at 5th floor and no lights on the corridor, smells everywhere and dirty laundry. When you complain they don't care and ask you to cancel the reservation which they know you can't because they will charge you in full. Worst experience. Had to change the hotel on the same night.
