When I got to the apartment it was dirty from the previous couple that stayed there. Even their keys were there. I had sent 16 times (literally) my arrival time via emails and calls. When I communicated that the place was dirty they said it wasn't their fault because they outsource cleaning. No accountability whatsoever. And then someone from their team showed up to pick up the keys. The cleaning lady came one hour after and I had to have my work meetings with the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the background. Not to mention that I was stuck at the apartment for 2 hours after that waiting for her to finish cleaning. Wasted the whole day there and were not compensated for it. They didn't even apologise for it. We had to leave a credit card as a guarantee. The prevoius guests could have broken or stolen anything and we would have to pay for it because no one checked anything before we got there.
