Very helpful personnel. Quick service. Apartment in via Poma is very small but very modern clean and in safe area. In new building with facilities like gym, sauna, spa room, playing area and other facilities on payment terms.

Italianway is a company that has great potential, but does not exploit it.
I chose the apartment as it was close to Linate airport, but I had to go to Milan central station to collect the house keys because there weren't enough staff to give them to me directly on site.
The explanations they gave me to enter the apartment were not clear and I got lost in the condominium.
The apartment was spacious, with plenty of space even outside the terrace. But attention to detail is lacking. The bidet tap splashed water everywhere, the shower handles fell off, and there was no socket for the hairdryer in the bathroom. I found some hair in the shower, a sign that it had not been cleaned well.
These are all small details, but overall they make me evaluate the experience in a very neutral way. I can't give a positive rating just for the location.

Apartment in Via Castel Morrone 21.
Nice furnishings, as in the photo, I would have to complain about the cleanliness.
I paid €40 for final cleaning and linen which didn't even include a tablecloth for the bidet. When we arrived they were cleaning with the broom, even though there was a vacuum cleaner in the closet (I had to do it myself because it was disgusting on the floor). They hadn't even washed the floors (we were there waiting while they did the cleaning). Under the bed and every piece of furniture there was an embarrassing amount of dust as well as a book and various forgotten coins.
I'm sorry I don't have photos, it would definitely have made more.
Regarding the staff, they were kind and helpful.
