This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are clean and spacious, with everything in the right place. The room feels comfortable and very well designed. Check-in took a little longer than expected, but the front desk team was polite and helpful. However, we had a bad experience at the spa, where we encountered a very rude and judgmental staff member who assumed that we couldn’t afford to stay in the hotel just by looking at us. Very disappointing, considering this is one of the biggest and most established hotel chains in the world, and we expect their staff to treat all customers with equal respect.

I have stayed at this amazing hotel multiple times. The premium rooms with sea view are just breathtakingly beautiful. In the exclusive M-Club you are provided with drinks around the clock and the food selection is very tasty and always freshly prepared. The indoor pool is heated and large with a sauna and fitness room. I also always get my coffee here in the SPA. I was able to relax to the maximum during every stay. The location of the hotel is ideal by the sea and super central. The room service is always reliable. The rooms are super clean. The most pleasant thing is the staff. The people there are friendly from the bottom of their hearts and help with every question. The service, whether at check-in, concierge or in the M-Club, is always always always so heart-warming. A TOP-NOTCH HOTEL! I will come back again and again.

High quality service, starting from your entrance to the hotel - extremely helpful staff, ready to support (literally, all: guys at the reception, breakfast/lunch, parking). Extra clean rooms, not a single fleck of dust! Nice location, offering the opportunity to have a breakfast with nice sea view in a calm atmosphere. Wallet parking - convenient, not free of charge though, but still a good option. AMAZING New Year decorations!

Pros: Quick Check-In: Despite arriving early, the check-in process was fast and seamless. Clean and Hygienic Room: The room was both clean and met hygienic standards. Spacious Room: The size of the room was more than adequate. Sufficient Amenity Kits: The provided amenity kits were ample for our needs. Good Location: The hotel was centrally located and easily accessible. Cons: Closed Roof Bar: The hotel's roof bar was closed for a private event over the weekend, which was disappointing as it restricted access to a beautiful view. Limited Food Options: The lack of vegan options in the main restaurant, especially in a region famous for its olive oil dishes and greens, was a letdown. All dishes contained animal products. Dining Out for Meals: We had to look for alternative places outside the hotel for dinner and breakfast. Parking Issue and Valet Fee: The absence of a dedicated parking lot for the hotel and the necessity to pay for valet service was a downside.
