I recently had the pleasure of staying at J-Hotel for an extended period of three months, and I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience. The staff at J-Hotel is truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made me feel right at home from day one. Whether I needed assistance or had questions, they were always ready to help and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. One thing that really stood out to me was the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. The rooms were immaculate, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment, especially during these times. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. What amazed me was the prompt response of the management. They not only addressed the issue swiftly but also relocated me to a different room to ensure my comfort. It's this level of dedication to guest satisfaction that sets J-Hotel apart. Overall, my three-month stay at J-Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable place to stay. Overall my stay was pleasant, It’s an affordable hotel with a strategic location near BB, TRX, Pavilion and Times Square. The staffs were very friendly however the chef assigned to cook the egg at the buffet station was rude. I was not sure what her name is. The facial expression was not pleasant and her tone when speaking to customers was very rude too. She needs to represent herself well just like the other staffs at the hotel. We can see they are well trained and very professional in their work. Other than this everything else was amazing. The room could be bigger but judging from the price we pay it’s not so bad. The buffet breakfast was alright, not many selections as the other hotels I have been to. The Director I believe Mr Henry was kind enough to explain the routes to all the places near the hotel via walking distance. The way he cares for his staffs shows that he is a good leader with a caring heart. Good job to everyone involved in making our stay memorable. Definitely will come back next time!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff behaved very responsibly. The hotel has a good location. The hotel breakfast did not have a good variety. The lobby of the hotel was also small and there was not much place to sit. Cleaning and housekeeping services were very good. Overall, my opinion about this hotel is positive.
