2 Major Problems, 1. The rooms with Balcony did not have any view so the balcony is useless. 2. They charged 40 Baht from security deposit for the allegedly missing tea spoon. Now the interesting thing is, There would have been so many more things to take away... Why would i Take away a tea spoon 😅 I would like to stress here that, They should be courteous to the customers and not scam them. Only because of this teaspoon incident, I would never suggest this place to any of my friends or family. I feel disrespected. You should be careful If there is something missing in room at the time of check-in, Let them know at the time of check-in or they might end up taking $ from your security deposit. We stayed for 5+ days. And I will not recommend it to anyone. Worst experience with hotels so far.

Great but expect noise, and... sand. After picking hotels far away in other cities, I made sure to stay near the night life. With this hotel I got exactly what I wanted: bars and clubs within 2min walk from my hotel. They warn you for the noise of the night life, but the only noise that annoyed me were those from the cleaning ladies talking in the morning hours. Yes you can hear them because the bathrooms have an opening without window. There's a lot of sand around, even found it between my sheets. Just not sure if I brought it there myself. Still 5 stars because I had a great time staying this near to all the bars and clubs. Friendly lady at reception too. Guest was welcome to the room but had to leave her ID at security.

This hotel is awesome! Pros: + Location + Beach + Service + Cleanliness + Comfort + Facilities Cons: - entry level room will be small if you have a lot of luggage, so upgrade, you won't regret it. After booking and paying for dump at another hotel in Chaweng, Koh Samui (see other review). We walked over to this beautiful Japanese style hotel. Without prebooking we got a room (low season trip). The lady at the front desk gave us the best reception we had in Thailand. She spoke English and made things so much easier. When we got to our room, it was a little tight but we had only 2 backpacks so it was fine. The room smelled sooo nice🙂. I went to take a shower and noticed there was no hot water (the water heater light was off). So we called the front desk and within 2 mins two people showed and correct the issue in 2 mins, that's service! In another incident later that week our door lock jammed. I approached a person cleaning the grounds who attempted but was unable to open the door himself and then called the engineering team and again 2 people showed up, removed the door and repaired the lock in 10mins. That's SUPER service!! This hotel shares facilities with the sister hotel next door, The Chaweng Garden Beach Resort, so we had access to 2 pools, a beach restaurant and all the other facilities of the more expensive sister. The resort grounds are beautiful and if you feel like splurging a little there are some really nice private bangalows. This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at in our 3 weeks in Thailand
