Not a great place to stay you don't get refund if you checkout early. No proper garbage bins and not many utensils to make tea or coffee. Better to book a hotel for little extra money if you want peace of mind.

J5 is a reliable and dependable company. They really go out of their way to help you. I have stayed twice and have no complaints. You are getting great value for money in a superb location. Huge spaces and well appointed. Luxury stay cations guaranteed! Mr Mina, the manager, is always taking care of the guests. Much appreciated!

Very bad service. Third grade communication. Very cheap quality things used for furniture. Had got the villa for a year but had to call the maintenance people 100 times. They charge 263 aed for each problem and we have to keep paying it again and again and the maintenance staff is also very rude

Amazing, spacious, beautiful 2 floor villa to stay in it. Had booked for 1 day and it was one of the best places we stayed at. With 4 bedrooms and very big hall and kitchen. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We had guests and they were easily accommodated, unlike other properties. I truly recommend this place for family and friends gathering. And we thank Mr. Ibrahim for all his support
