They found my lost earrings and saved them for me until a friend could pick them up! Was so grateful to them for finding them and their speedy communication! Thank you Adrian! Great hostel overall. Wonderful buffet breakfast (8€), open bar at night, laundry was easy to use (they sell coins and detergent in a vending machine for 5€), though the dryer didn’t dry my clothes all the way despite 1.5 hrs in the cycle. Walkable from Munich central train station (3-5 min walk). Beautiful lobby. Will stay again! ✨

1. Social atmosphere: 10/10 Possibly the best hostel I stayed in terms of social atmosphere, whether in the lobby or in the dormitory, the people are always very chatty and friendly. The staff are cooperative too. 2. Location: 10/10 as it’s near the main train station and like 20m walking distance from Marienplatz. 3. Dormitory: 2/10 they’re so tiny! I stayed in a room of 4 and we barely had a meter between the bunk beds to walk. The bathroom was small too. No daily customer service, so when one of the guys wet the bathroom’s floor (made a puddle) it stayed there for days! I stayed there for 3 nights only but none of them had a good sleep, the beds creek when someone flips too. I stayed on the 2nd floor and can hear people partying downstairs. The place felt old and somewhat dirty. Overall, I don’t think I’ll repeat my stay in it cause of the uncomfortable dormitory but at least it’s not expensive, I guess it has value of money. I’d rather pay slight more euros and just get a better room.

The hostel has great value for money! It is located in a really good location, few minutes walking distance from Munich Hauptbahnhof and has a lovely reception. The beds are not comfortable though.

Great location and rooms and facilities were good. However, unfortunately we were unlucky to experience bed bugs. We understand that maintaining the bugs is a challenge for hostels so that's not the reason for 3 stars. 3 stars because of the way they treated us as guests, with the manager refusing to talk to us directly on the matter. They changed our linen and offered us to refund our washing at an external laundry, however once we received a quote from their recommended laundry, they would not agree. We spent most of our day (which should have been at Oktoberfest) trying to sort it out. In the end, the washing was done for all 8 of us, throughout the night in their single washing machine and dryer by their staff. I would recommend it as a great place to stay, as long as you don't run into any issues!

Stayed here for Oktoberfest. The location is about a 10 min walk from the main festivities and the rooms are super clean and beds sleep great. The service at the front desk, my man Adrian took care of everything and he speaks English and German a true professional. He also knows the town very well incase you need some good tips he's definitely your guy. The bar downstairs gets a nice crowd at night and everyone is super friendly. I already plan to stay here again for next oktoberfest. Side note if you stay here you can park 24hrs across the street for $14
