Simple, friendly accomodation. Not a classical Riad, but cheaper. The best was Mohammed, the Concierge of the Hotel. Outstanding friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for your tips and proposals. He fixed the broken A/C during the days without any problems.

This Riad is located in the very centre of Marrakesh so you don't have to catch a taxi to visit the main square and other nearby attractions. The staff is friendly but unfortunately that's are the only two positive things about this riad. The rooms are full of mould, the bed sheets are old and ripped off, and the worst part are the bathroom. We stayed in two rooms but I was shown a third room. In all three rooms the bathroom were in terrible condition and with mould everywhere. In my room, the toilet seat was broken. The shower was broken too, so I had to use the one in the other room. One of the hairdryers wasn't working but they didn't put any sign or note. When I tried to turn it on, I got a electrical schock. Thankfully I ended up only with some pain in my finger but is very dangerous leaving a hairdryer in such condition. They dont have enough blankets and towels, it was cold when we arrived and they only had one. The noise from the streets is made worse by the door being open all day, and poor insulation. But honestly, with good earplugs, I managed to sleep. Only the owner speaks English but this isn't an issue as Google translate works very well and I was able to communicate. They have two different wi fi and this is the reason some people complained about the wi fi being weak. They have a wi fi for the first floor and wi fi for the second floor but you need to ask the owner about the password. Once you get the right wi fi, it works perfectly. It's very sad that the rooms and especially the bathrooms aren't fixed. It's really a lovely place with a lot of potential. There is no breakfast but just few meters away there is a wonderful bakery. We had our breakfast there everyday. Cheap prices, and delicious food. If you aren't fussy about the bathroom and toilets, and don't mind the smell and sight of mould, and are looking for a riad in the very heart of marrakech, this place would probably suit you. But is too overpriced and I would only pay for half of what they are asking.

The location was great proximity to the center..... when you finally you find it!! We went up and down the streets multiple times and even the taxi picking us up got lost - it was called 'Riad Moukha' when we booked. The service, room and cleanliness were okay for one a one night stay. There was no breakfast included which is unusual for a riad.

I had a great stay here. Perfect, affordable little first time riad. The bad reviews are from a long time ago, so I think they took care of the issues. The Wi-Fi could be a little better, but I think it depends where you are located in the building. Also, please provide hand soap. Otherwise comfy bed, cute decor, hot water, A/C heat, lovely cats, great stay. Will be back.
