This resort was amazing!! The location was a little difficult for my driver to get to but once we were there, it was just an excellent experience. They referred me by my name throughout my entire stay which made me feel very important. The pool was great, food was great, and the room was the best part!! Amazing ammenities and that view was just breathtaking. I loved the included breakfast, afternoon tea, and 15 minute massage. The staff was very considerate and did an excellent job going through everything available to you. I will definitely be going back here.

Thank you so much Jannata! This resort is absolutely incredible especially as it’s so reasonably priced. The staff are the most loveliest people and over accommodated for us. We moved rooms three times and they made it happen without any hesitation. The atmosphere and attention to detail is absolutely incredible - it is truly and oasis. We stayed in all of the three rooms - including the pool room. All rooms were exceptionally clean and absolutely stunning. The only issue would be the loud frog noises that were outside our first room - if you’re a light sleeper make sure to choose the deluxe room or a room that isn’t on the ground floor. Staff are so so lovely and attentive. We had the best time! Thank you so much for our lovely stay! Alex & Jordan

We had an incredible stay at the resort! The room was very comfortable and the pool offered breathtaking pool views. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

I don't have enough words to describe how perfect this hotel is. They were super careful and kind to us, they made our honeymoon even more perfect. Our room was incredible, the view of the pool was breathtaking. We had dinner by the infinity pool and it was an unforgettable experience. The honeymoon package is AMAZING! We super recommend it! All the employees are extremely kind and think of everything to make customers always happy. We love the care they took to leave the cookies in the room at night, this idea is amazing, congratulations! Thank you for everything! We already miss Jannata. When we come back to Ubud, we will definitely go to Jannata again! Thank you and see you next time!

Edit: The hotel really tried to make up for the noise abd stopped the construction work 2 days into our stay. Once the construction work was over it's a very beautiful and blissful place with beautiful rooms overlooking the jungle and a nice infinity pool. The staff is incredibly customer focused. The yoga class that is offer d for free on Wednesdays and Fridays was amazing. Original review: Beautiful property, very polite staff unfortunately they decided to have very loud construction work on the premises from 10 am till 5pm. Initially we were told it's 12 to 5 but the workers just started at 10. We were coming here with an expectation to relax and enjoy the beautiful premises, unfortunately it's not possible with the amount of noise we've got. I'd highly recommend the property to either inform the guests about the noise so they can have an informed decision if they'd like to stay there or not or close for a week so they don't damage the guests experience.
