From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth, polite and professionalism by Ms. Ayah. The location of the hotel is perfect for our needs, close to the best two shopping malls in Jeddah, Mall of Arabia and Red Sea. The food at the hotel is very delicious and there are a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel. It's always convenient to have a hypermarket nearby, especially one that's open 24 hours, Danube, which is a one minute walk. Special thanks to the staff in the reception, Ayah, Nouf, Qusai, Amer, and those whose names I didn't get the chance to learn. They were always cooperative polite. Roads to the airport is clear all the time so it will take less than 5-10 minutes by a pre-book taxi. This hotel was truly a home away from home. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

A clean and cool hotel which is 10 minutes away by car from the airport. Check-in was smooth and fast. The room was spotless. A major plus is its proximity to the 24hr supermarket across the street. Definitely on my short list for value, convenience and cleanliness. Due to my short stay I couldn’t try the cafe/breakfast downstairs nor any of the hotel facilities.

Just got here and I’m am impressed with the great service and the beautiful hotel inside… at first I had doubts about the neighborhood but found out it’s a hidden gem. The staff is so friendly and helpful you feel like home. The design is contemporary and you feel like it’s a new model hotel. I love the experience till now… they have flowers every where.. i had a rose 🌹 in my bathroom.. I love the cosy touch..will update later after it is finished. SSM 🇵🇸🇯🇴🇦🇪
