Stayed here for 3 nights as a part of our package tour. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready at the check in time (14:00) but the staff hastily sorted out a free upgrade for our 2 rooms to the super deluxe rooms, free of charge. We have stayed in 5 hotels in total over a 2 week period and this Jetwing hotel was the best of the bunch. I regret this hotel being our first hotel as it set the bar so high for the other hotels! Service was excellent. Our rooms were cleaned everyday without request. Spectacular views from our rooms overlooking the lake. Buffet breakfast and dinner was OK, but the evening time A La Carte Menu was excellent. I am really sad we could only spend 3 nights here as I could easily do 1 week or more. Can't think of any improvements that could be made to either the rooms or service.

This hotel was far better than I was expecting. We paid quite a lot as we were staying over the Christmas break. The building and location are amazing. There is so much wildlife, different types of monkeys, mongoose, Butterflies and many many types of birds. We went on the 45 min birdwatching walk around the lake and saw all sorts including hornbills and eagles. The staff were great although we did find we needed to ask quite a lot of questions to get the information about what was available and when. The rooms are large and comfortable with big bathrooms and balconies overlooking the grounds. The hotel is also environmentally conscious so no plastic anywhere and use refillable glass water and toiletry bottles which was a nice touch. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the buffet restaurant which was better than I has expected with a wide selection of good quality local and international dishes. The bar was a little disappointing. The staff couldn't make any of the cocktails on the list and the wine was fine... I'd probably recommend sticking to beer or a gin and tonic.

Just a delight, set near a lake with gorgeous pool and adequate gym. Amazing staff, wonderful rooms and echo friendly concepts. All types of food available...far too tempting. Would highly recommend. Dr Sanders

The hotel's location is not ideal, but the interior offers a beautiful view. The rooms are clean, although the approach to them is not pleasant, and the lift is small, untidy, and very dark. The food quality is subpar, and the staff lacks proper grooming; you'll notice no one wearing gloves while serving. Freshness is a concern, likely due to a distant kitchen, resulting in cold servings. The menu book itself is extremely untidy, making it unappealing. In this price range, one would expect better customer service, but unfortunately, it feels more like a 2-star experience despite the 5-star price. If you can overlook these issues, you may still consider planning your visit.
