Lady was unfriendly. The rooms were dirty and not cleaned. They did not bother to help our needs. Would prefer to go to the other hotel beside them. Would never come back

The rooms was filled with molds, stains and the floor wasn't swept properly.. dust was everywhere.... definitely won't be coming back :(

I would not stay here if I were you unless you absolutely had to. The location is great and that’s about it. Our room was filthy. Stains all over the walls, hair coming out of the bathroom drain, stains on the bedding and our room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was toilet paper stuffed in the bathroom door latch. All of the hotel stuff - soap and toiletries- were just kinda in a pile by the sink. There were lipstick marks on the mirror. Paint all over the room door - like just so clear whoever owns this place does not care at all. I just back packed through Malaysia and this was the roughest hotel I stayed in. Let that tell you something. Avoid at all costs.

RECOMMENDED Service from front desk is superb. Super friendly, informative & professional. You'd be able to book a room in advance for any occasion such as staycation, business or any reasons. Smoking rooms are available too. Affordable price & rooms are running out fast. Call in for booking to avoid disappointment! Updated Nov 2022 They have changed the front desk staffs, they're not that friendly but oh well. Cleanliness kind of dropped. There's roaches. The toilet and room doesn't smell fresh and nice like it used to. The remote controls are a little worn out. The AC has a new feature installed and it took some time for the room to be cool. They changed the door lock to a card digital lock now!
