We lived in Q-Tower which is located next to Gasometer station where you can easily hop on U3 Metro. The flat itself was fresh, bright and super warm! I can say only the best things about the communication with JL Apartments, Bix did really a great job with explanation how to get in and checked couple of times if we are doing okay. I don't say that often but if somebody wants to visit Vienna, feel free to get in touch with JL Apartments and they will get you possibly the best accomodation in Vienna. Thank you !

The staff were excellent in communication - friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, secure, and in a great location. Wifi excellent - separate for each apartment. Very hot in summer (a small electric fan was provided) but I understand Vienna is not known for having air conditioning! Worth noting that the building is not wheelchair-friendly.

Great location next to metro station, supermarkets and restaurants, and walking distance from the centre and all attractions. The apartment we stayed in was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Appreciate to the host for such a great accommodation. I felt like at home. All necessary things I could need were available. Self check-in was easy due to provided detailed information. The apartment was very cozy, very clean, away from street noisy, in walking distance to historical sights, very close to U and Hop-on-Hop-off bus stop. Special thanks for permission of late check-out. If I’ll come back to Vienna once, would like to stay here again.
