Amazing hotel with an amazing service. They also have an Upgrade so i became a bigger room without even asking. Everything is super clean. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The only con is that most of the sights are actually far away from the hotel and with the public transportation it takes so much time. But in general the hotel is still an excellent choice and i could recommend it.

My family and I recently stayed at The Bonnington taking in Xmas/NYE. The location was perfect within walking distance from amenities such as JBR beach, Marina Mall & Dubai Marina. Our rooms were spacious, well presented & cleaned daily to a high standard. As someone who is passionate about the business of hospitality, I was most impressed by the high level of service quality provided by all staff. They made such a positive impact. Enhancing our stay with their friendliness, warmth, & professionalism. It is clear that this is a customer-centric business that strives to deliver service excellence. As regular visitors to Dubai, we definitely will be returning to The Bonnington in the future.

Hotel was good but not extravagant. Rooms were OK. Service was very good and provided me with what I needed in the room. Four stars cause there were some things missing initially. Location was perfect for Jumeirah Lake Towers

Excellent experience since check in with Badr. You feel really welcomed in this beautiful hôtel. Badr was making sure everyday we were spending a nice stay and he was giving us good tips to visit around. I lost my golden rings in the lobby bathroom and they found them back. All People around always Nice and smiling. Thanks again for the warm welcome. I will defenitly come back.
