Amazing location. The room/apartment I had was a bit old and dated. Brown and dark. Full kitchen with all you need. Good large bed. The hotel it selvf has seen better days. Staff was friendly. Great location for exploring.

The only good thing about this place is the location. You will not have access to the Cosmo pool. Instead, they will add you on a wait list which cannot exceed 5 people. Red flag #1 we were given only 2 bath towels when the time share owner knew several people would be staying in the room. Red flag #2 not enough toilet was supplied, we ran out. Our room had bed bugs. It was a nightmare! Not only trying to get rid of them, but with the multiple bites on my body. We contacted the owner who denied having bed bugs, of course… 🙄 and did not bother offering some reimbursement for the inconveniences we experienced. I do not recommend booking a room here. STAY AWAY!!

When I arrived at the hotel, I realized that my booking did not go through, which, admittedly is my fault. The quoted rate at which I wanted to book the room originally was $83 without a resort fee. After I tried and failed to check in, I asked the front desk if they could quote me on a room that same night. The staff played around with some papers for a couple minutes, and then came back, saying that the hotel was not only full, but that the rate would have gone up if the hotel had vacancies. Somehow, the rate for the room went up from $83 to $165. I find it highly disconcerting, and very dishonest that the hotel changed the price like this. I previously was very satisfied with my stay at the Jockey Club, but I will not be staying again. I suspect that this is a common practice on their part to take advantage of the situation, and get extra money from desperate people. I would highly advise potential customers to double check that their booking went through, since the booking system at this hotel is difficult to use and may not go through. The staff rely on literal mountains of paperwork and antiquated systems to manage their bookings. P I do not blame the staff in this instance for what occurred, but I do blame both the management of the resort, and the hotel itself.

Staying here was one of the best choices I could have ever made. At first you read reviews and get scared because other peoples bad review, but seriously I didn't experience any of that! Great area, no traffic where it's at. So if you have anxiety Staying here would be great because it's not over crowded, the halls where quiet. My Penthouse was clean! The only thing I would say is they need to update the furniture in here. But seriously who cares because your not planning to stay in your room the whole time anyway while in Vegas. OH and the view from my room was facing the Bellagio fountain. It was beautiful. Stayed 3 nights. So you have to stay here yourself, don't let the bad reviews scare you away.

Consider seeking an alternative accommodation to save your money, as our experience at this place was unsatisfactory. The manager was unhelpful and displayed rudeness. Upon arrival, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odor that caused discomfort for my children, leading to persistent coughing throughout the night. Additionally, the carpet was visibly dirty, and we discovered mold in the bathroom, along with dust on all vents. Despite voicing our concerns to the manager and front desk, our complaints were met with further rudeness.
