It’s just a money pit for rentals. All the “amenities” are old, trashed, broken or on their way to being broken. Complex doesn’t seem to care. The only thing they are really good about is enforcing parking. If you park a vehicle even an INCH over on the sidewalk, your car will get towed. Walls are paper thin. I mean, I get it - they’re townhouses but seriously, if your neighbor has the TV on, you are going to hear it. People hanging out in the driveway? You’ll hear every conversation, car beep, door slam and whatever else. Light sleeper? You can forget about it. God help you during peak season. At least they’re only 20 mins from Disney World.

Terrible . This is unacceptable the air conditioner in this house is not working at all. When you place a property to be a rental it should be an excellent condition and this is not. All the furniture is so old with scratch. The bedroom are so outdated . I used to travel a lot and makes reviews. I was charge twice for the same reservation plus the security deposit that wasn’t advertised in Agoda. The garbage situation with worms in front of the property , the missing pool key that was offer we didn’t get it. The artificial plants have a lot of dust.

This resort was quite a pleasant surprise. When we got our reservation, we didn't know what to expect, so we were thrilled to find the room was actually a townhouse. The quality was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and had high quality appliances. As far as location, the resort is within 20 to 30 minutes if Disney, depending on traffic. It is kind of tucked away off the main roads so it's quiet. One word of warning: know how to park your vehicle and be familiar with its dimensions. They have very strict rules about parking and are not afraid to enforce them. All of their paperwork is very straightforward about this, so it's not a secret, but it is good to be aware. Overall, this resort is great value for the money and is definitely somewhere we will stay again!

Located very one to Disney and other attractions. Nice little townhouse villas. Cozy but served out family of 6 perfectly. Pool and amenities are excellent. Tiny screen rooms on each unit. It was little, but just big enough for a private hot tub and table. Just what we needed. The pond has beautiful turtles in it and a nice fountain. Walking trail is very nice too. For the price, the location and amenities can't be beat.

My family and I stayed here for 3 months while we closed on our home. When we arrived, the home was not professionally cleaned. There were huge stains in the couches and walls. My husband and I had to clean and disinfect everything again in order to consider staying there since we had dogs. The bed sheets had tons of hair throughout the beds. We end up taking all the bedsheets off the beds and purchasing our own sheets and rewashing all towels and furniture covers before allowing our children to even sit on the couch. The appliances and furniture is extremely outdated. During our stay, we were told the owner put the house up for sale so we had house showings at least 2 or 3 times a week. Such an inconvenience when you have pets but my family and I tried to be understanding and dealt with it since we were so close to closing on our home since it was hard to find another place to accommodate us and our 3 dogs. After we moved out, the property manager Nathan accused my family and I of stealing 2 old chairs and a dresser from the house. Luckily we took before and after pictures. I will not recommend this resort to anyone. It is FARRR from a resort. It is an outdated townhome community in the rough area. PLEASE stay far away from this place. If you want to be safe and live in a comfortable and decent resort, try Vista Cay Resorts or Regency Resorts. They are amazing and worth every penny!
