Very bad experience, and the worst costume service I've got ever. made a reservation for 3 days via Airbnb, but when I got to the airport, the flight was supposedly canceled, so I canceled my reservation, around 30 minutes after we have been told that the flight rescheduled. So at time I contacted you again to get back the reservation and cancel the partial refund. You said , I need to do a new reservation and pay the full amount again or contact Airbnb again. So after I called airbnbmany times, the segession I got was : they will call the host to make a full refund and block the date for same apartment for me if I am ready to confirm the reservation again, which I did. I took the flight having the insurance that I will arrive to the apartment I booked, but when I landed I found myself without any options, you made another reservation and you refused to refund me the fully amount. So you charged me the cancelation fees, while I was willing to rebook the appointment.I am very disappointed.

Best stay we had in Milan, the location is amazing with being very central and overlooking the galleria, special thanks to Federico for being very helpful, he has been offering guidance on how to make our stay convenient, he showed us how to use the scooter and speed limits in the streets of milan which was extra sweet from him. Definitely recommend it
