All staffs not work as one team work. I appreciate front office to solve all problems cause but others not work as the same mindset. They don't care for hotel guests about the safety side work. If you want to go to the Cafe or the bar on the street you can use the side door and suddenly they close without say anything. This happened because of garden staff who don't care whatever will cause your trouble.

Very nice older hotel with a large pool with plenty of seating and pool are for kids. Nice balcony and some rooms with sea views. The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean and comfortable. They have a restaurant on site and have a conference room. The lobby is very nice and decorated old Thai style. Very close to the beach. Great breakfast with a great variety. The prices are very reasonable and the location is pretty quiet. So if you are looking for a hotel close to the beach with several amenities you should consider checking out this place. Friendly and welcoming staff willing to help you best they can.

Rooms were okay for the price. It's right next to the beach.. walkable by 6 mins or so. But the evening staff were not very courteous. We had asked for extra water bottles and they said it's only 2 per day. There was no coffee or toothbrush when we asked for it they told us 7-11 was close by. Morning breakfast was okay, not very bad.
