Jongno Hotel Laboum

I checked in at 10pm, but an hour before check-in, they canceled the room saying it was unusable due to a water leak. They didn't give me an alternative and just ordered me to cancel, so it's a weekend night and I can't find another room haha. It's been a while since I gathered with friends from out of town and had a drink. I came home empty-handed, the mood was ruined, and it was raining a lot, so I went to a pub and stayed up all night ^^ The agency apologized, but the customer agreed to cancel without even a word of apology from the business that failed to manage the facility, so we don't have a problem. He spoke as if he was my friend and said he was going to write a review, so he brought up a law firm and talked about suing me, asking if he was threatening me haha. I hope you continue to do business like this and prosper~^^
