Very modern and clean hotel. They provide everything including one time use wash cloths, toothbrushes and paste. The only complaint I have is the entrance. It is not at the streets. You will have to walk a path.

Clean and affordable hotel. Very close to Hapjeong subway station which is only one stop away from Hongdae main street. I visited again 2more times after the first visit.

NOT RECOMMENDED The extremely impolite night shift staff and the clogged drainage in the shower area gave me a bad experience staying at this hotel. The night shift staff is so rude. He answered my questions without looking at me, but the computer. Me: possible to have an extra blanket? Night shift staff: NO! Me: any chance you can provide an iron ? Night shift staff : NO! That’s the end of the convo. I really DON’T mind the hotel can’t provide what I need since it’s a 1 star hotel anyway, but I DO mind the impolite staff gave me such an attitude! I don’t believe any customer deserves to receive such a low level of hospitality even it’s a 1 star hotel. The other day, we asked the day shift staff the same questions. The answers were still negative, but he rejected us politely. That’s totally fine. Besides the rude night shift staff, the housekeeper is so caring and welcoming. She provided us new towels and waters every time we opted not to clean our room. Speaking about the hotel itself, it’s kinda new and the design is modern. HOWEVER, the shower drain is clogged so easily. I had to wait at least 10-15minutes or even more for the water to drain after my friend took a shower. Moreover, the room is kinda dark and have no full body mirror, there’s no way to view what you are wearing before going out. And also, the hotel mentioned they have a gym, but it’s not a gym. I didn’t go, but my friend told me it’s just a basketball court. So we couldn’t even go to the gym for the mirror. Its location is ok. It’s around 5-8 minutes walk to Hapjeong station. But we can’t find a convenient store around the hotel. We went to HomePlus, which is a supermarket around Hapjeong station, before heading back to the hotel. So it’s still fine. Overall, there’re many better hotels to choose from in Seoul. Why Junibino Hotel?
