Honestly, it's become one of my fav. Facilities are a great value for the price. AC is working fine. Hot water is easy to use and puts out a stable temperature. Access to the mall is convenient. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is a good choice (FYI they give out per portion; don't think of a buffet). Would I come back for another staycation? Well, is the sky blue?

On the whole, I was quite impressed with the quality of service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the genuinely friendly staff. However, there's a crucial aspect of the room selection that I wish I had been more aware of prior to booking. One of the standout features of this hotel is its connection to a nearby mall, which definitely adds to the convenience factor. If you're keen on exploring the mall during your stay, you'll be pleased to know that you can access it directly from the same floor, without the need to venture down to the lobby and then re-enter through a separate mall entrance. This seamless connection is undoubtedly a plus, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. Regarding the room options, the hotel offers a range of choices, some with windows and others without. As someone who struggles with claustrophobia, I made sure to select a room with a window, thinking that it would offer a pleasant view and help alleviate any feelings of confinement. Regrettably, upon entering the room, I discovered that my window faced an indoor, enclosed artificial garden. While the garden was artistically designed and impeccably maintained, it did not offer the open outdoor view I had anticipated. Given my claustrophobia, I found myself grappling with discomfort in the enclosed space. I frequently had to venture downstairs to the lobby for a breath of fresh air and a respite from my unease. It's ironic that I chose the room with a window to escape these feelings, only to find that the view it provided did not meet my needs. Notwithstanding my personal struggle, the hotel itself certainly merits praise. The rooms were consistently clean, the service was truly exemplary, and the staff members were consistently warm and attentive. Their efforts to ensure my stay was as pleasant and comfortable as possible were evident throughout my time there. If you don't share my sensitivity to enclosed spaces or if you're not too concerned about the view from your window, you'll likely enjoy a wonderful stay at this hotel. Additionally, the effortless connection to the nearby mall adds a significant layer of convenience that's hard to overlook. In conclusion, while my experience was uniquely challenging due to my claustrophobia and the unexpected view from my room's window, I can't deny the hotel's dedication to cleanliness, exceptional service quality, and the friendliness of its staff. With careful consideration of your room choice and an appreciation for the hotel's seamless connection to the adjacent mall, this establishment could still prove to be a fantastic choice for many travelers.
