Great hotel. Friendly staff and good location for working in New Cairo. Not too bad to get into central Cairo either, there were plenty of Ubers available close by. The fitness centre was also really good. Nice restaurants and central bar also. And a great breakfast selection. Slightly dated in places but didn't detract from the stay.

Super premium hotel by marriot in a perfect location , easily connected to all roads and cities. 5 star by all means , from safety and security to the great rooms , amazing view if you are golf side. The hotel is super huge and has a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool , along with an amazing SPA , decent prices, and very professional. He has a great barber and lady saloon and is super suitable for wedding venue and big events, with super spacious ballrooms and event rooms , not to mention the outdoor area. There are perfect artificial beach waves and great water sports for kids and family. Alongside, they have a fun entertainment zone for video games and kids place yet not suitable for small children and stay in the area. The food is amazing , lots of tasty places on board , apart from the great hotel good.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT STAY HERE AND DO NOT HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE. (Theft, lack of security, lack of professionalism, lack of accountability, and more). My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing; it's by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against staying here due to issues such as theft, inadequate security, unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and more. We flew in for a family wedding, but the experience was marred by various problems: - Our party favors were STOLEN, partly by subcontractors provided by the hotel, highlighting a significant lack of security. - Throughout the wedding, incessant questions from hotel staff disrupted our enjoyment of the event. -The wedding cake provided was atrocious and not the one we had selected. - Despite obtaining approval for our wedding singers from the hotel, we encountered numerous challenges upon their arrival. The hotel staff proved uncooperative, causing unnecessary issues that resulted in our pre-approved set time for the singers being slashed in half. -Despite multiple complaints, the hotel staff failed to address or rectify any of the issues. Listed above are just a few of the many issues we encountered during our stay here. Overall, this establishment provided an exceptionally unpleasant experience, and we will never consider staying here again. If I could, I would rate it 0 stars.
