It’s a modern hotel but completely business oriented. The place is crawling with over tense suits busy working. The entire atmosphere reflects that and allows no room to relax. As a tourist stay away. As a corporate exec I guess this place is fine if you don’t mind a tense ambiance. As far as the room goes, they are clean and modern without any local aesthetics, lacking flavor actually. The beds are very hard and the layout is small unlike other Saudi hotels. The staff are hit or miss. The front desk was really kind but the concierge did not speak English and the restaurant crew were not so pleasant. The most disconcerting aspect is the JW steakhouse. They portend to be rivals of Japanese meat but in reality it tastes worse than supermarket meat. I ordered a steak and it was even sour and tough. Not to mention the price is over $100usd per piece. Overall I cannot recommend this hotel at all but I don’t think anyone stays here on their own not part of a corporate paid network.

I have visited SPA. And from first impression until the end it was absolutely stunning! Atmosphere, well professional and friendly staff. I liked all the area of SPA and didn’t want to leave. It will my best Spot in Riyadh. Huge thank you for all staff , ms. Asala made my experience even better with her warm hospitality. I know there were more names to mention, but can’t remember the names. Thank for all SPA team for great experience and best service

During my recent stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh, I was thoroughly impressed with the blend of luxury and hospitality. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel's location provided convenient access to local attractions and business hubs, making my outings effortless. The hotel's amenities were standout features; from the serene spa to the well-equipped gym, there was no shortage of opportunities to relax and recharge. The room I stayed in was the epitome of comfort, with plush bedding, advanced technological amenities, and a stunning view that captured the essence of Riyadh. Dining at the hotel was a delight—each restaurant offered a unique atmosphere and an array of dishes that were both authentic and exquisitely prepared, showcasing a rich variety of international cuisines. What truly set the JW Marriott Hotel Riyadh apart was the exceptional service. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction—they were attentive, responsive, and always went the extra mile to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Best hotel in Riyadh. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and it wins out - perfect service, modern decor (unlike Ritz) and you can collect points (unlike Four Seasons). Special mention goes to breakfast crew - the food is amazing, and the waiters’ smiles always make my mood for the day. The only thing I’d consider changing is that the booking policy is quite transactional - I had a gap in my bookings of a day or two (during which my company’s rate was not available due to high demand), and they didn’t offer the better rate and so I had to move for a day to a different hotel (this is despite the fact I’ve stayed over 50 nights with JW this year and am Ambassador Elite). Nevertheless, thank you for making my time in Riyadh so comfortable!

The hotel rated 5-star, is a little distant from the Financial District and the major shopping. We had a suite, two rooms, but closet in bedroom can’t open as bed and night stands fill the room. There is a kitchenette but no dishes, cutlery, or cooking gear. The service staff are excellent, and the views from the rooms are great. There are options for dining which includes a steak house and a huge outdoor dinning room, Pork & Pipe with a giant video screen, open evenings.
