You get what you pay for, and this is a cheap option. However the mould and filth in the rooms is not something anyone would expect in any place while travelling - it is a health hazard, specially for an asthmatic person staying in that room. Also, there was an infestation of mosquitoes in the room too, which made our 1 night very unpleasant. Even when using repellent , we still got bitten quite badly.We checked out 2 nights earlier than planned. If you happen to get a room facing the street, expect a lot of noise and cold air, as the windows are leaky. The spring mattress is not great ( you can feel the springs) but the dirt and state of the room was by far our biggest disappointment. When we informed the reception staff about it - we were invited to leave paying only one night and getting a reimburse through booking for the other 2 nights (there was no effort to try help the issues we were having). 2 days later, we receive an email from booking telling us the owner has refused to reimburse anything. Not trustworthy, we feel completely disappointed with our experience in this hostel and would not recommend it to anyone who expects some decency, specially from the front staff.

We have stayed 4 nights here. Rooms are strictly for sleeping only as they are very confined, but you can’t and shouldn’t complain with the price you’re paying. Staffs and owner is very pleasant and friendly. They provide fresh towels on demand and they also let you use the washing machine for free (detergents included (you have to know Korean to use the machine though). Terrace was handy when we wanted to eat in. Overall, I’d give solid 4.5 stars.

Economic price with not bad location. The staff could speak English well . If u need , the staff could do as much help as they can.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but cosy and clean, the breakfast was good, and the location is a short walk to the subway. The water in the shower got really hot, too, which was very nice. The staff were very friendly and I would definitely stay here again. The only negative I have is that the green “exit” sign in the room was too bright at night, but it’s probably there for safety reasons and there’s nothing they can do about that.
