The beds are cozy and clean. The small room reminds me of a US college dorm but in a good way. The building is old and shows signs of aging as such (small mold marks in bathroom) but they are clean. The staff disappears at midnight sharp and periodicity throughout the day for long durations of time. It's in my observation that they all wear multiple duty hats, so please try to be self-sufficient. Even down to using the laundry or luggage storage. It's pretty much cash only for the laundry and on honor system. The dryer requires staff to give you a long extension cord. Everyone is super nice: even the 711 next to the hotel and street vendors. The street food isn't as late-night as other areas of Seoul, but you will find some near by regardless of the hour. This is a very basic and small but comfortable option. The location is right next to public transportation. It is everything you'll need (including an awesome hill to skateboard down if you're into that kind of thing)! The place is super safe and definitely grew on us :)

Nice clean little room. Kitchen down stairs and small cage next door. Close to market and foods stalls. Roof top patio has nice views. Would be cool if they put some more chairs out there for everyone.

The K-POP hotel near Seoul tower is a no-frills affair, giving you a bed and a room and not much else. The rooms are basic but average, with clear signs of wear and tear, and a feeling there's a bit of grime. It's certainly not the worst, but it's not good, either. I didn't experience customer service as I did a self check-in, but the experience was simple enough. For the money paid, it wasn't worthwhile. Sure, I booked relatively last minute, but I think there are other places available which feel nicer, even if they're further out. However, if you're in a pinch and need somewhere to sleep, this will do.

The nighttime receptionist is extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The rooms are in poor condition—dirty, cramped, and smelly—with ongoing construction noise and the presence of undesirable individuals nearby. This hotel is not recommended, and particular medical attention should be given to addressing the behavior of the mentioned night skinnt guy
