The villa is good but it’s smelly, smell like bad odor. The parking is extremely narrow. Location is far away from swimmable beach And you have to pay electricity separately.

Where do I start???? From the communication to the way it looks was perfect!!!!! At the beginning I was a little hesitant bc of 2 things 1. His cancellations it seems like he cancel on people and 2. Pool was dirty according to previous guest but for us it was just perfect. He communicated with us, he got us a taxi to come get us at the airport back and forth... not only that he suggested a private taxi while our stay who was very responsible and patient. We were overall pleased with everything they house looks exactly like the pictures. We had a little inconvenience in which one of the room doors locked from the outside and someone was there 30 minutes after and fixed it. I will definitely will stay here again and refer others. Thank you Ka Villa

It looks different than on the pictures. The ac did not work. The staff was ok in the beginning but due to lack of communication by their staff made it difficult to enjoy our stay. It is a bit too expensive for all this.

‼️Unbelievably disappointed‼️ Likely scam with some of the villas‼️ We booked this hotel over 2 weeks before our check in date. We messaged the property via Agoda chat about how to pick up keys etc.,heard nothing and that should have been our first red flag, but didn't think it would be a problem. It was a Sunday and when we arrived, and the 'office' was closed and no one to greet us. The poor security guard who spoke hardly any English said if we don't know the villa number or the agent we used to book, he didn't know how to help! Luckily the number on the office door worked and the lady who answered, said they can't help as they only manage 4 properties and we have to contact Agoda to sort this out. Which is impossible! But we found the villa number in the confirmation email and guess what! Somebody was already living in it. Long Term!!! There was no one to call, no one to help us figure out what was happening. The lady who was occupying the villa looked at the pix on the booking and confirmed it was the same apartment and tried to find the owner's number, but nothing worked. What an absolute fiasco! We had to take our luggage and find a restaurant (luckily our friend brought us in her car, otherwise we would have had to walk about 10 mins in the seering heat back to Rawai main strip) to search for a last minute accomodation. We ve been charged for this accomodation, but it wasn't available when we arrived and no way to resolve the issue! Agoda chat bot was useless and there was no way to reach the property owner.
