Awesome location, close to all the food and stores. Very friendly and helpful staff🤗 Delicious breakfast, wide variety of choices. The only complain about food is that it could be a little warmer for breakfast. Very nice pool. We stayed in the pool access room which we really recommend. The room itself had everything that we needed, but it's a little smaller than in the pictures. Overall very nice stay. Hotel definitely to be recommended!

Perfect vacation and stay in Kai Bae Beach! We stayed in garden bungalow. Nice, no sea view, but not many steps in to the beach. Beach was great, breakfast had wide selection of food. The pool area was nice and clean. And the location was for us the best in the island. Also had a great panang curry from the pool restaurant. I can only recommend this place.

I was scheduled to stay here for 3 nights but cut my trip short and only spent 1 night. Why? I checked in and went to my room on the beach and quickly noticed that the bathroom was not clean. Specifically, the toiled bowl was not cleaned (I'll leave it at that) and there were finger prints and smudges all over the tub and shower as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Gross is an understatement. I went to the front desk and asked them to please clean the bathroom while I grabbed some lunch. After lunch I came back and while the toilet had been cleaned, the rest of the bathroom had not. I let the front desk know the reason why I was leaving early and no one has followed up with me since or even offered a refund for the nights I didn't stay. Speaks volumes of the quality of service at this hotel.

Excellent location for families and couples since it's on a small secluded beach stretch and not in the main strip. Hotel is very modern and stylish. Pool immaculate even with a kids section and a small curly slide! Restaurant for breakfast great quality and mix of local cuisine and international choices. Spoilt for options to be honest. Rooms very tidy, large, fitting with AirCon and great comfy double bed ideal for 2 parents and a small baby/child. We had a pool access room which is ideal not just for us adults but also kids. It's located literally on the beach front.. does not get better than this!
