Let's dive straight into the things we don't like - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I liked the place when I saw it online and after I stayed there, experienced the hospitality and kindness of the staff, it's second to none. I LOVE IT! They were so patient, always accommodating, and took great care to make all the guests feel comfortable. I had missed my ferry getting into Gili T by my own mistake and so arrived a day later but I had had terrible sleep in mainland Bali and Sanur as my hotels were both under construction. So when I arrived at Kaleydo and they're were doing some really minute knocking and repair work, I think I lost it. But the staff did the most unexpected - they kept smiling and did not lose their composure. Instead, she asked the maintenance person to stop working and only continue once I had left the room. Such a small gesture that meant so much to me! Also, they prepared the bicycle for me ( lowered the seat and brought it over) - thank you Hardy! Breakfast is lovely and the coffee, perfect! I really enjoyed the food and guess what? They cleaned my room twice in a day, so it was always immaculate . Out of this world 💞 best part? They refunded me for the one night's stay that I had missed due to my own mistake. It's like, they just know how to make everything go smoothly. Because they care, they care so much and I'm recommending this place to everyone I know! I hope they will always always remain amazing and that the staff stay for as long as possible. Thank you so much.

Had a fantastic stay at Kaleydo. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the family deluxe villa. All the staff was so nice and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious and delivered right on time every day. The location is toward the north end of the island which is convenient to the best beach area. Easy walk to most things, but if you want to go further, they have bikes to borrow.

I recently stayed at Kaleydas Villas during my trip to Gili Trawangan and, unfortunately, I have to report a disappointing experience. I found the overall service and amenities to be below expectations for the price paid. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Kaleydas Villas, and I would urge potential guests to consider other accommodations in Gili Trawangan as there is definitely cheaper alternatives on the island that offer more value for the price paid.

Kaleydo is such a fabulous place to stay. The family room was perfect with two double beds and it’s own little pool and seating area outside so we could relax once our children were in bed. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the afternoon tea was a special little touch. The bikes available (included in the price) were also very convenient. You can’t fault the staff, very attentive and friendly. It was also lovely to be able to get a drink from the bar in the evenings. The location is great, a five minute cycle from turtle beach and the main path around the island. Highly recommended.

Wow! 😍 The only thing more beautiful than these stunning villas is the people that run them. The staff here are incredible, it was an absolute pleasure coming home to these guys (especially Sam, pictured on the right) who were incredibly friendly and made it their mission to give us the most positive and enjoyable holiday on the island 🫶 The villas themselves are phenomenal, the overall layout is perfect if staying in a small group, with the individual little decks overlooking the stunning communal pool. It is set up to be either the perfect romantic escape or group stay with friends. Every morning we were promptly greeted with a giant smile, friendly banter and someone eager to take our breakfast order (get the pancakes 🥞 amazing!) before kindly helping us plan our day, recommending restaurants and things to do on the island 🐢🤿 Thank you again for the amazing stay. I cannot wait to bring my partner back to introduce you and enjoy the villas again! 🫶🙏✨
