Well recommend to stay at, the owner cannot be more helpful. Room size amazing, and what a location - next to the sea. The pool is also a good size and clean. The food at the bar is both excellent and very sensibly priced. What a vista. I will be back, very soon!

Rooms felt a little dated but a great location. Booked the room with ocean view with breakfast included. Breakfast was simple but tasty with 4 choices. Rooms were simple. Felt a little dated but adequate. Air conditioning was strong. View was great. Bathrooms small. We enjoyed being able to walk around the area. There's a Taxi stand 50 meters down the street so it's easy to catch a ride anywhere you need to go. Beach access from the back of the hotel.

The property is very well located on Kamala beach. There are cafes, restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Taxis and tuktuks are easily available as well. We had an ocean facing room that was simply awesome. The room was very large and spacious. The service was also very good. The only downside is that Kamala beach itself is quite dirty, so I would prefer staying closer to some of the southern beaches next time I visit. But if one wants to stay North of Patong, this place is amazing
