Everything is spotless and very tidy! The staff is very kind and helpful and most of them speak English pretty well! The rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are very good! The rooms also have a great restroom with a nice douche. This hotel already deserves an 5 star review without including the bar!! Speaking of the bar, it is very very very nice and they have a great audio setup and a very nice listening experience! Masaru, the music selector is really nice and he is extremely good at his job, he really creates an good atmosphere you can communicate to him via google translate. There is a great selection of various snacks. I recommend getting some smoked chips! They are delicious! I also recommend getting some yamazaki, great Japanese made whisky. Everything on the menu is great! Overall this hotel is a 6/5 for me! I would definitely visit again!

Perfect hotel and the place to be when visiting Kanazawa. Super nice rooms and the atmosphere in the bar is truly amazing. Great place to chill out and listen to great music while enjoying a great selection of drinks. Really recommended to stay here. Distance to all the sights is excellent.

Excellent bar in lobby with incredible speaker system and selections. A highlight! We ended up staying drinking negronis, listening to music. Very central, walking distance to all the sights. Round the corner from a few great bars and restaurants. Clean and simple rooms as advertised with western mattresses. Very kind staff.

Great location to go and walk everywhere in Kanazawa. Very stylish but still very friendly ambiance, alsoe bacusee of very caring staff. Very spacious rooms for Japanese standards, super clean too. Amenities provided. For me as a super light sleeper the fridge was quite noisy at night and some other noise came maybe from AC. They graciously let me change he room during Golden Week to the quiet side, where I still didn't get a good night, but the average sleeper will be fine here. Quiet area of town as well, so no car or bar noise from outside.

Service was the standout here. Ayumi was super and responsive over email in advance, helping make suggestions for restaurants and things to do as well as going above and beyond in terms of calling around to make reservations for us at difficult places to book. This hotel also has a terrific blog with lots of great advice about the city that I strongly recommend you read. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Lobby bar is very stylish and had excellent fried chicken. Location is perfect for exploring the city.
