The service was not considered as a 4 star hotel. I was so disappointed since the check-in process. The receptionist did not know the bed type in the room which is so unprofessional. He made us change our room by ourselves and he made mistake giving us the wrong room type. We’ve never got an apology from him. The breakfast was okay but there were too crowded in the area. The system was not well organized. The staff let the guests find the table by themselves. Instead, they should have arranged ques for guests and let them in when the tables are ready. I would never recommend this hotel as there are many better alternatives.

The guest room and facilities are new and proper. Service is nice too. The square-shape swimming pool is on the top floor. There is a lounge near the pool and fitness room that guests can relax after a workout, with coffee, tea and little snacks. The buffet breakfast is OK but not much variety of food choices.

One of my favorite hotel chains. They offer great service and the room quality is great. You will find all the items that would make you feel great when you stay in the hotel. Value for money! Consider the best hotel in Korat city area.
