I stayed 2 nights here and had a deluxe room. The staff were very nice and extremely accommodating, the breakfast spread was amazing as well! Highly recommend booking with breakfast included, the area had some spots that were walking distance but if you want to venture out Grab was always an option. The room I had was spacious and very clean, the soap smelled lovely like a rice jasmine smell. Also keep in mind there’s only 1 elevator, so I used the stairs to get down to the lobby most of the time. They always have staff on the main floor getting into the building, it felt safe even coming back late since someone is there. Overall I would come back and stay again with them and would recommend to everyone else!

We stayed here for 4 nights. Service was really great, all the staff were helpful and friendly especially Joy! The room was clean but what I didn’t like was it is not soundproof. There was a time that we woke up around 2 AM because of the noise from the next room. Also, there was not enough space to fully open our luggage. 🙁 The breakfast was perfect, great food and coffee. We also tried the food from their menu and it was delicious and affordable. However, there was a foul smell in the restaurant during our stay there. The rooftop has a great view but we’ve noticed that there is sand at the bottom of the pool. The location of the hotel is close to the train station, around 8-minute walk. If you are travelling by car, you should prepare yourself as it is always traffic around the area. Overall, we had great stay in Karaarom Hotel and we’d definitely come back!

Spent two nights here for New Year's celebration, hoping for a great experience. Staff was incredibly friendly, providing top-notch service. However, faced an issue with room cleaning as we directly asked the maid, but she forgot. Nevertheless, the receptionist kindly brought new blankets. While some compensation for letting us deal with the aftermath of our cooking mess at the start of the year would be ideal, but it's alright. The food was a highlight, especially the heavenly Thai Tea (Ceylon Milk Tea in the menu) for breakfast, and it provides the best hotel coffee ever – calling it hotel coffee is almost insulting to the coffee. Numerous power outlets throughout the room. Minor gripe with amenities – need to call for basics like a toothbrush, but they offer almost everything. Overall, a memorable stay with friendly staff and exceptional food and beverages. 😊
