I informed them that I had already extended my stay. I tried to go back to sleep, but they woke me up once again to inquire about my payment status. I reiterated that I had paid the previous day. Later that day, I approached the reception again and requested a late check-out. The staff member approved my request and made a note of it. However, the following day, they woke me up early and questioned me about my check-out time. Frustrated, I asked them why they kept disturbing my sleep when I had already requested a late check-out. Their response was a casual apology, as if nothing had happened. They even made it seem like it was my mistake to ask for a late check-out during a busy time, despite having approved it earlier. I strongly advise staying away from this place if you value uninterrupted sleep and expect better customer service. There are other options available that offer a more satisfactory experience.
