Located central in Taksim square. A very good location. Fair price but very dirty hotel. There were hair strands all over the floor. The bed is comfy but due to location, the noise kept me awake. I had poor sleep for 4 out of the 5 nights. The breakfast is very basic. Not much variety. I stayed for 5 nights and my room was only cleaned once. I did ask the receptionist for a room change and I was told all the rooms are the same . On a positive, I had a good view from my room, the terrace for the breakfast also has good views. The receptionist booked us a taxi when we needed one, helped me with my luggage when I was checking out.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. We booked a superior room and I don't even want to imagine what an ordinary room would be like. Very dirty, as if it had not been cleaned for years, the walls seem to be made of paper, you can't sleep because of the noise and sirens outside, terrible noise that I have never experienced in my life. And breakfast is like in a public kitchen… The reception seems to have not been renovated for 30 years and I don't understand why the hotel has ok reviews because we booked it for that reason. As if the hotel is not the same in the pictures and live, this has nothing to do with 4*, this is 1*, no 4*. Even the workers can't improve the rating because they are not likable. And one more important point, the hotel is not located on Taksim, but on a very busy road next to the underpass. Big katastrofa!

I arrived late around 8 pm , the reception guy gave me two rooms in fifth floor , the blanket has black stains and floor is dirty he apologised and gave us the rooms in sixth floor, we were very tired so we took it, once I entered the bathroom I was shocked that there are urine on floor and on toilet cabinet !!!! In the morning I inform them and left , I returned around 7 pm , my room still dirty . I found one slipper not for me in the floor ground , I checked out and they didn’t care

The worst stay, the room was very small, quite dirty, noisy, the curtains were broken, dirt spots on furniture, even the slippers where dirty, the toilet ground and garbage was not cleaned and the toilet flush drainage was terrible, couldn't stay an extra minute, when I asked to cancel they made me pay more than half the stay claiming it's cancellation fees, I would suggest you avoid that hotel the only good thing was the reception was very nice, they have a nice breakfast terrace and the location in the middle of Taksim Square, rather than that, nothing
