We have stayed here multiple times and it is lovely. the rooms are clean and well equipped. There is not a front desk per se (like a normal hotel), but the text responses are timely. The amenities are beautiful and we will stay here again.

Came out to Santa Clara to catch a 49ers game. Heard about Kasa from a colleague and decided to check it out. Booked a unit right on El Camino Real near SCU in Santa Clara. Great stay. Unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, coffee, etc. Bedroom was great also, although there was no TV in the bedroom, it wasn't a dealbreaker for us. Parking was checking in was a bit cumbersome with the extra security, but we understand and it worked fine all weekend. Location was quiet and close proximity to local eateries, shopping and the 101. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Kasa Santa Clara is amazing! We had some trouble with the Row location and the customer service was excellent! Once we called in our issue, a solution was implemented. Everything at the Santa Clara location was smooth. Access worked, no problems with the room. I’m coming back here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a home away from home.

Rooms are nice. Access is a logistical nightmare! Benton property management staff are completely useless and extremely rude and disrespectful. So, if Kasa manager is not on site your on your own... Will be going back to turn down and room service! Not worth the hassle which is unfortunate for Kasa as our company is the industry leader in the Bay Area. Glad I found out on my own before sending my employees to their locations.
