What a wonderful hotel !! I cannot fault this place at all. Very attentive and friendly staff. Excellent service and excellent food. The breakfast is top notch with an awesome selection of food and drink. Our evening meal was also delicious. This hotel is stunning! We will most definitely return.

The hotel has a simple and modest design. Some of the positive aspects include a rooftop where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and starry sky. The staff is known for being friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has a restaurant on-site that serves lunch and dinner, although the prices may be slightly higher than average. Guests can benefit from free parking, but please note that there is limited space for only three cars. Nearby, guests can partake in activities such as camel riding and beach buggy rides. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. Firstly, despite having two floors, there is no elevator available. Additionally, the rooms do not come with amenities such as a television, coffee-making facilities, or an iron. However, air-conditioning is provided. Another drawback is that the restaurant closes from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and internet access is not available in the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast menu has limited options and set items.

We were very disappointed with the low level of service in this hotel. The rooms don’t have a fridge so we had to ask the restaurant to keep our drinks in the fridge (which is something perfectly normal hotels do when there is no fridge in the room). This seemed to be a problem but they agreed reluctantly. In another ocasion we asked for glasses (usually hotels keep 2 glasses in the room) and they refused and said they would charge us for the glasses as a drink at the restaurant rate (the glasses were for us in our room). We spend over 5 months a year travelling and I know the things we ask are perfectly reasonable and nobody ever made a face before this hotel. Also the restaurant staff didn’t deny politely and became aggressive and started screaming while I kept my cool at all times and I was simply in disbelief about the situation. All very strange really. Also for the rudeness of the staff we didn’t have dinners or massages at the hotel which ultimately is a loss for the owner. Said this, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, the issue was only with the restaurant staff specifically one man. The breakfast is also very bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

10/10 Staff were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The hotel was exceptional value, both of accommodation and food / drinks / snacks, the menu was varied and authentic. The location of the hotel is not in central Marrakech, which is very clear from their address and advertising but they make it as easy as possible for you to head into the city as option as you want through private taxis and shuttle buses which are quick and unlimited. The setting of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, the rooftop views and pool are gorgeous.
