I don't think this place is half as bad as other reviews suggest... When I read the reviews here, I almost cancelled my stay, but I am glad I didn't. I mean, yes - there was a lot of mosquitoes in my room, but they were everywhere in Kathmandu this time of a year and I was provided an electric repellent for free. There is a lot of noise coming from nearby bar at night, but that's hardly something the owner of the hotel can do anything about... And something simple earplugs can solve easily. And yes, maybe buying some new bedsheets would be a good idea, but for this price in centre of Thamel? I guess it really depends what your expectations are. Location is convenient, staff was friendly, even when arriving late at night, rooms are simple, but ok... I think it's really all reasonable considering the price.. I wouldn't have a problem coming back here the next time :)

We had a pleasant stay there, staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms may feel a bit congested as they're situated beside big big buildings. Linens need more cleaning. Otherwise all good

Good option for budget travelling if you dont mind old style look. You can get single rooms also. Best part is its location and the view from top.

Basically a scam and the place is very shady and not really clean. Do not recommend they took my money and didn’t even give me a room. They refused to fully reimburse me as well and I had to pay for the surcharges when I didn’t even get the place I had already paid for. Location is not very good it’s hard to find and basically not in a very good location. Please find somewhere else to stay and save your money.
